Side opening container doors
One end has normal container doors
Other end has steel fire door with push bar.
BAR
Front - Clad in pallet slats, LED neon strip running the length of the bar, above and below bar opening.Interior - front and back bar run full container length, bar tops are sealed timber. Front and back bars have cabinets and shelves for glasses, storage. Front bar has two spaces for secondary chilling, and has pre-cut routing for pythons. Back bar has two sinks, and two refrigerators. Two wine bottle racks and four apple crates mounted to the back wall for display. 3 optics racks for 15 bottles mounted to back wall. Stainless steel backsplash along back wall.
STAIRS
Steel stairs with anti-slip profile.Steel railings both sides of stairs.
ROOFTOP
Deck - steal frame deck clad in pressure treated timber decking - 4 hinged corners to allow easy lifting.Surround - scaff pole and key clamp frame, painted timber panels with Thatchers branding
TECHNICAL
Electrics - 6 par-16 GU10 spotlights pointed at back bar / wall, 6 squirrel cage pendents along front bar. 32 amp single phase power connection. Fuse board with separate circuits for lighting, sockets, etc. 6 13amp sockets along back wall.Plumbing - Water and grey waste connection on back exterior of container. Two sinks are cold water only, but localized water heater could easily be added.CCTV - two cameras located either end of bar - would need to be connected to a control unit.

Delivery notes
STORAGE / TRANSPORTCurrently stored on a farm near Sturminster Newton, Dorset - DT10.This unit must be transported by hiab.
If you are interested in purchasing and provide us with your postcode, we can get a quote with a transportation company that has moved this unit many times. Transportation cost is not included.
Scaff framework and rooftop timber panels are currently stored inside the container.
Stairs are being stored on the roof of the container.
