- 2x 30 Head Cubicle Shower Units for sale.

- The units are 11 years old and have been properly maintained and continually updated and refurbished throughout their life.
In 2020 they were Sand Blasted back to bare metal
Given 2 x coats rust primer and 2 x coats of Enamel based machine paint.

- Each unit contain 11 cubicles including 1 x double sized cubicle.

- Each cubicle contains 1 x low flow 4L p/min 30 second push button sports shower panel.

- The entire unit has an open grid floor to prevent soil buildup.

- Large Ventilation fan to remove moisture and steam.

- All LED lighting including emergency lighting.

- Digital temperature control system fitted to 4 x Rinnai HD70i water heaters.
1 boiler can run 8 shower on it's own.
The boilers were given a full service covering, seal and gasket kit, clean and general refurbish.

- Integrated Hose and water fed brush cleaning system, we would supply 1 x hose and brush set with each unit.

- Pumped Waste through 1"1/2 flexible waste pipe.

- UPSO (under pressure shut off) and OPSO (Over Pressure Shut Off Gas regulators
